At Willi's Ski & Board, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next mountain adventure; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your item and original receipt to any of our retail locations to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and safely pack them into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a staff member in-store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit for exchanges within 5-7 business days.
