How do I determine the correct ski or snowboard size?

Sizing depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head, while snowboards should reach your chin. Check our comprehensive size guide on each product page for specific manufacturer recommendations.

Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?

Yes, we offer professional mounting services. For safety reasons, bindings must be adjusted by a certified technician. If you purchase a ski and binding package online, you can bring them into any Willi's retail location for a complimentary safety check and adjustment with your boots.

What is your return policy for winter gear?

We accept returns on unused, unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and mounted skis cannot be returned once they have been used or customized.

How long does shipping take for oversized items like boards and skis?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to their size, skis and snowboards are shipped in specialized reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Willi's Ski & Board aims to offer the most competitive prices. If you find an identical, in-stock item at an authorized US-based retailer, contact our customer service team and we will do our best to match the price.

How should I maintain my new equipment?

To prolong the life of your gear, we recommend a hot wax every 3-5 days of riding and a full tune-up at the beginning and end of every season. Always dry your edges thoroughly after a day on the mountain to prevent rust.
